Coffee - MK-V

MK-V is a roast that is between our Dive-Locker Blend and a French Roast. Simply delicious! 12oz (340g) bag of ground greatness.

This is the same House Blend you will find in a restaurant coffee service. This is a favorite among many of our customers. Our MK-V is a special mix of different Central American coffees air roasted on our Sivetz fluid bed roaster.

We package our coffee in bags with 1-way air valves to keep the product fresh. It is best stored in a cool, dry place. You can keep it longer in the refrigerator, but you should never freeze it.

Roasting Profile: medium roast, roasted around 446 degrees past the first crack but before the second crack begins.
